Moreover, its waterproof properties allow you to use it while showering or swimming without any issues. For optimal results, it is recommended to have a specialist, such as a physiotherapist or masseur, apply the tape. However, if you are familiar with the installation principles, you can successfully apply it yourself.
If you plan to engage in sports activities, it’s best to apply the Ares kinesio tape strips to your body at least 20-30 minutes before starting the workout. The tape can remain on your skin for 3-5 days, and a five-meter roll is usually sufficient for 5-10 uses. Notably, the colour of the tape does not impact its therapeutic properties.
